It was way past any one’s usual bedtime, yet a huge crowd gathered in anticipation under the pitch-black skies.
Nothing out of the ordinary if you were to think that the pool of people spotted was on to a big night out.
It actually was a “big night”, although not your typical night out, as the crowd awaited the grand arrival of the undefeated boxing champion Floyd “Money” Mayweather who set foot in the Philippines for the first time ever last May 8.
This honor to have the most dominant athlete in any sport at our country was made possible by health and beauty leader FRONTROW International, who also arranged an ostentatious welcome for the boxing legend Mayweather.
After what seemed like almost a lifetime, the anticipation proved to be completely worth it as soon as Mayweather’s private jet landed at the Platinum Skies hangar.
It was nearly 3 am when the door of the TMT plane opened and the stairs hit the ground.
The entourage of the celebrated boxer stepped out one at a time, which made the anticipation rise all the more before Mayweather finally stepped out for everyone else to see.
As dramatic as the athlete’s arrival was, the luxurious welcome arranged by FRONTROW sure measured up to the grandness of it.
The boxer was surprised by a flood of reporters and enthusiasts who all awaited his arrival as well as the majestic FRONTROW Rolls Royce, Hummer limo, and collection of Lamborghinis and luxury vehicles owned by FRONTROW partners that welcomed him and escorted him to Solaire Resort & Casino Hotel.
After a brief trip to El Nido, Palawan, Mayweather was back in action on the afternoon of May 9 for his endorsement shoot with health and beauty leader FRONTROW.
Rather than a photoshoot, anyone would quickly think that there was a big VIP party at the Solaire Hotel function room. Specially arranged for Mayweather were a DJ booth set-up, female dancers and a lavish buffet.
Now, for the record, this must have been the “baddest” and most happening endorsement shoot in recent history with everyone at the shoot moving and grooving to hip-hop beats.
